Cheeky Visitors

As I mentioned previously, my gardens are not full of flowers but I do like to add some colour to them and to do this we have a bird feeder attached to one of our palm trees. The most common visitor to the feeder (other than the ducks that manage to clean it out) are a pair of lorakeets.

These cheeky little birds have been regulars for sometime, only disspearing in the winter months. I hear them around a lot in the winter but they don't seem to eat all that much. Today they came looking for some food so I put some wild parrot seed into the feeder for them and then went and grabbed my trusty camera.
